Official Propeller Head (Yes, I have a propeller beanie...) "old skool" geek. I was online in dial-up BBS days, before "the web" became popular, much less easy to navigate. :)

I'm also doing the daily "vitamin thang" after some surprisingly effective experiences, and recommend exploring megadose vitamin therapy quite highly. (No, I'm not trying to sell anything, I just like seeing healthy people. :P)
